Nice. I will be definitely looking at these drones if the ban goes through. I was trying to see where you can purchase additional batteries but I didn’t see a battery only option on Amazon or the companies website. Any insight on this?

Hi Bill. Very good showing here. You moved the gimble during RTH that's why it stopped. Even with DJI if you move the gimble it affects the RTH.

The question is... "Is SPECTA a subsidiary of DJI"? Do you think it is to close to a DJI Mini 4k to be a coincidence?

Reminds me of the DJI Mini 4K. If you're a member of Costco, they have the Mini 3 for $299 that comes with a 64G SD card and three ND filters.

Looks, flies & sounds just like a Mini 2. Pretty decent picture quality also.. Although I'd still probably spend the extra $10 for the Mini 2 (with the CareRefresh option ..etc) Walmart still advertising the Mini 2 for $299... Great review Bill! Thanks for the insight 👍

Is anyone having charging issues for this remote??I have same problem just today 062924. Air 3 fly more combo. Less then 3 weeks old. Rc2 Charged one time. Now it won't charge, lights don't come on indicating any charge is occurring and I have tried different plugs and cables. Nothing. This is very unacceptable for a drone that I saved for and had to pay so much money for.

If the FAA/Government wants to ban DJI drones which is total BS I might add OK then they should have to buy your drone for what you paid for it if you have your receipts and come pick it up because you bought something that was legal to fly but now it's not so buy my drone back FAA or eat SHT !!!

Suppose we are alway from drone or drone are at low level like 20ft in garden or under tress.sudenly we need RTH but if i had set RTH HEIGHT AT 200 feets.. My question is that when my dji air 3 prepear him for goto 200 feets (for set RTH position but drone are at under tress so what will b happened.. They did or not colapsed with tress..? Pls clear my confusion

Can the drone mechanically fly over 400 ft? Or is it programmed to not go over 400 ft to stay legal?

Bill! I am currently with my drone in the PHILIPPINES . I Did alot of footage eg Waterfalls, mountains etc. Unfortunately, while doing a Lake footage Inlost my drone. Here in the Manila you can not buy just the drone. Any recommendations where I can buy to replace my lost drone. Shipping and all. I know ita a long shot question. Thank you!

I believe the US sees that DJI isca major technology provider to the Chineese CCP military. The US is seeing DJI assisting the CCP in doing bad things globaly. The US wants to "financially" hurt DJI and punish them in that way. This is not about US dangers with consumer products...its about hurting DJI's ability to grow and become a stronger "military" technology provider. I dunno...just my theory. The US wants to hurt a powerful CCP military defense contractor.

great show Bill !!! Felt good you noticed the PDP 11, I have work for DEC,Compaq and HP. It was terrible when we became Compaq and later HP. The last two companies has killed a lot of good products. I'm proud that I was with DEC.

Hi Bill, good show. Randall was an interesting guest. Seems his original intent was to supply DJI equivalent drones to states that banned DJI. If a total US DJI ban occurs, Anzu will be in the Cat Birds Seat. Not having the DJI 25% tariff should offset some of his licensing costs. If Anzu does become the main supplier for enterprise drones in the US, those drones because of the economy of scale, could end up lower cost than DJI enterprise drones.

What is the battery life, how much for a spare battery and distance the drone can operate drone the controller? Someone below stated a $799 price but whaen I search for a Mavic 3 pro Iget all kinds of prices, models, etc. What is yours exacrly (before the government bans them !!!!!!!!!!)
